About Onno Kokmeijer: Onno Kokmeijer has been among the absolute culinary top for many years.
Since the age of 17 he has worked at ‘De Twee Schouwtjes’, ‘De Swaen’, ‘De Hoefslag’, ‘De Gieser Wildeman’ and ‘Karpendoekse Hoeve’.
After fulfilling the role of sous-chef at ‘Merlet’, he made the move to Ciel Bleu** in 2003.
As part of the chef duo with kitchen chef Arjan Speelman, the SVH master chef is on a constant quest for perfection in product, balance and deepening of craft.
