1. Definition

1.1

In any case, your data may be kept for thirteen months from the date of the direct debit, for the purpose of evidence in case of any dispute about the transaction in accordance with applicable laws.

With respect to other financial data (e.g., payments, refunds, etc.), data will be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

We implement the processing of personal data to be able to manage, bill and monitor the activities of the www.marigold.com.
This data is necessary for the proper performance of our services.
We may also use this data to send you information related to an order.
